So, I went to Wales last week. It's the first time I've been since I got the Canon, so I was fairly excited.
I've also just bought some graduated neutral density filters, which I really wanted to try out. (Turns out they're pretty helpful. But they take a bit of getting used to.)
Anywho. I was looking in this direction the first time we went to the beach, and I thought "That would make an awesome photo'."
So a couple of hours later, I sat down and took some photo's.
It was very annoying, mainly because a couple of kids (with the foulest mouths, I might add) decided to walk up and down this area of the beach looking for starfish. So that was a good ten minutes wasted.
And it was also a nightmare trying to sort out the exposure, due to the shade on the left and the brightly-lit rocks on the right. I had to do a bit of tweaking on the computer.
(Oh, and I also accidentally dropped my ND grad. on the rock. It now has a chip on one side. I was sad.)
Title:
Those broken bits of wood to the right are old wave-breakers. (At least, I think they are.) Clearly, they're now useless due to the new breakers. Hence, unneeded. I feel sorry for them.
Umm...yeah. I think that's about it. Enjoy?
