Sumatran tiger at Dudley Zoo.

Another (and my last, I think) zoo picture.
I am so pleased with this, I have to admit. We were standing by the tiger enclosure at the end of the day, trying to get the tiger to climb onto the platform. All of a sudden, this one did, and he then stood there for ages while I snapped away and filled up my memory card. And then he looked straight at me, and I got this.

I love it. I really do.
Everything just seems so perfect.


Edit, 31.12.10 - Tighter crop, removed the green and yellow tints in his fur, desaturated and made less bright. Now he looks like a real tiger rather than one that's been attacked by a five-year-old with a paintbrush.
